I will try to mesh my memories with my present realities. With poetry, photographs, film and hopefully more… I will try to enrich, cultivate and enhance our knowledge of art, in a society saturated with images. I would like to inspire someone, somewhere, some how, to do a great deed: create a unique and important work of art; write a neo-novel; discover a cure (please, let it be HIV and CANCER) for a powerful decease; stop the war (I could go on). I want to make sense out of complex dreams in order to understand our realities by unraveling our daily experiences with words and images that articulate our surroundings and unfold the very fabric of our existence right before our souls. I want to influence the collective artistic unconscious, the human sub-conscious and the soul of everyone who reads this blog. I would like to establish a place on this electronic landscape, where the discussion of ideas generates somewhat a neutral flow of insightful thoughts and intelligent discoveries, as the exchange of these thoughts work themselves out here, in the public arena. Without censorship, lets cultivate a place that could make us the leaders of our own kingdoms, freewill shifting the human-paradigm in order to transcend the human contradiction that is our own abandoned existence. I would like this forum to be as free flowing a record, as any other news paper or art magazine in publication today; a paradise, a fountain, a culmination of originality, authenticity and creativity.
Having said all this, I want this place to be the Dada of comedy, too. In other words, I do not take myself that serious, lets keep this place as funny as possible: Laugher cures the human spirit of any ills. I love the human body. I love being human. We, as the human race, must never let our inhuman side manipulate and control us; we must never let it speak, or change our good nature and Providence, intrinsically embedded in all of us, however disguised or hidden this goodness may be. I would like to illustrate part of our existence as we experience isolation on this planet.
I would like to close with these quote from one of my favorite books, The Fourth Sex: adolescent extremes: “The extreme gesture of the adolescent is that of delivering a transformed world to the adult to be.” We have the power within, to change the world we have inherited from the teenagers that came before us, and we can do it. This space is my opportunity to influence the teenagers to be, with a slice of eternity. I would like, with this blog, to contribute an abundance of everything. That would be nice.
